The Rapid 105 is part of a new generation of electric staplers, it is an electric desktop stapler that is well adapted to the needs of the office for quick and silent stapling and is at home on the factory production line since it performs well in tough environments.
The Rapid 105 is versatile so that two, three, four, or more staplers can be connected in series, so that several stapling operations can be carried out simultaneously.

The Rapid 105 works great for stapling items of all different thickness, such as one thin sheet of paper to 50 sheets, even cardboard stock.

Rapid 105 electric also has the option of operation by foot pedal or automatically by two bump trips.

It is very simple to adapt the Rapid 105 to different stapling depths up to 4 ½” deep and the power control allows you to dial up the needed power for your application.
The Rapid 105 holds up to 210 staples and is easily loaded from the front, making it convenient to reload staples in your Rapid 105.  Additionally, the clear sight shield allows you to easily line up your job when stapling.

 For use of up to four staplers at once, the industrial table comes in handy, it allows for application of four staples at one time and because of the narrow design of the Rapid 105 the staplers can be mounted close together. It is important to note that you are not limited to 4 staplers. You can link many 105’s together via fiber optic cables. We have seen applications with 15-20 linked for one operation.  Also, when stapling header cards the Rapid 105 works great! The width of 2 ½” makes it easy to hold the edges of a card while it is being stapled so the placement of the staple is exactly where you want it.

 The bench clamp firmly attaches the 105 to the work bench and allows the stapler to extend off the working area. This is helpful when stapling mailing tube and trays.
